It's been sitting 25+ years in a barn, there's likely some mechanical things you might want to do before "driving" it....All I did was dump gas down the carb and had it run for a short moment just out of curiosity and then I put it in storage and haven't look at it since. :dunno:

I'm selling it as a restoration project not a "driver"

a patina AAR driver sounds like a bad @ss idea though! wouldn't do much for profits for your restoration business lol.

I was actually thinking this for the 50th reunion next year, but I haven't a any spare time to even think about it...

Doesn't sound like a terrible project at all. And since the automatic is non numbered it'd be a good excuse to swap over to a four speed.
