As far as size or condition?

I believe it rated for 3 people.
Big enough for 2-3 smaller kids to be happy in or possibly 3 adults for short trips but they might be a little tight.
1-2 adults would be OK.

The 3rd row seat condition is perfect and actually has been used VERY little and is normally folded down with a color matched Weather Tech cargo liner on top of it.

If you're talking 2nd row behind front seats it's not too bad as long as the front seats aren't moved all the way back.

3rd row floor is a little more shallow but still comfortable.

I've never heard any complaints but it does have a high watt factory stereo system in it so it's easy to drown out the complaints.

My Aspen has the optional rear console in the 2nd row like pictured.
