  To me, the bottom photo appears to show that there are thread marks in the hole itself which would indicate a screw was in that hole. Not a bad price though.

Just to clarify NOS means different things to different people....

Most of us consider the meaning New Old Stock.....
Some feel it means Nice Old Stuff or Neat old Shit..... Those with the opinion that the latter meanings apply don't draw much praise here...  Thought you should know...

While on the subject  Rust Free does not mean your gonna throw in the rust at no additional charge...
