Hi Everyone,

It's been awhile since I have been on here. COVID wasn't a great experience in my house. My wife ended up losing her job and things got tight. Even thought I'd have to list the Duster. I couldn't stand to look at a car I couldn't enjoy so it stayed covered up for a year as we scraped by. I had to stop reading the forum. It just ate me alive to read knowing it was very possible I'd have to part ways with it.

A few months ago we landed back on our feet and I'm now trying to get her tuned up for a season of enjoyment.

I know many had a much worse time with CVOID than I did but, I almost lost my car to keep a roof over our heads, and it was a terrible feeling. It does not compare to losing a loved one.

Hope everyone is well and I have a lot of catching up to do.
Someday I will have a J0b.

  Sorry you have had such a rough go. I've lost jobs in the past, I "get it". Glad your on the up swing!  I am getting pretty sick of these lock downs though I must admit! Pretty anxious to visit with family south of the border but have no idea when that will be happening.

Glad to hear you are making the comeback. Work wise and this forum.
Yea Covid has been devistating and creating havoc in many ways.
Life is to be viewed thru the windshield. Not rear view mirror.
You are the only one in charge of your destiny.

Thanks guys.

I plan to be more around now. Relying on the car hobby to keep you entertained is tough when the financial well runs dry.

Managed to get her out yesterday and she has some new leaks and the tires have some flat spots but it was nice.

Just gotta fix my choke and she has some pretty bad run on. Stale gas? High idle? Who knows.
Someday I will have a J0b.

During the pandemic, we lost the home, my business and had to file for bankruptcy. Though, I was able to keep the 'Cuda😆 It's only up from here..🙏

Glad to hear you are getting back on your feet. I also lost my job last April after 18 years with the company but lucky for me I turned 65 in Nov and just retired. My wife also lost 8 weeks of work and pay.
Lots and lots of sad stories about covid but the worse has passed and things should get better.
