Alan passed away

Thanks for letting us know. :('  How did you know Alan? Just wondering who you are?  I know he struggled with his health for a long time. I just messaged Peggy to pass on our condolences. I have nothing but fond memories of Alan! He was a very good hearted man.

I am Wagesofsin from cuda/challenger
Alan was a dear friend.
and will be truly missed.

Ah right on, ya I remember you from the old site. Glad your back! Still have you car?

The switchboard guy is useless, or David wants nothing to do with me.

Wages...been a long time since the last time I heard that name. Thought you had given up on the hobby. I remember you having some mad sheetmetal skills. Liked seeing your work on cc.c. Good to hear from you and you are still an ebody owner.

After Alan dying it seems like a wild goose chase. Had not heard about the car since 2017 when cuda hunter posted about it being for sale.

Can anyone ask his wife if the car was in his collection or if they know where it is?

@kotakid94

Even though I know (assume) Peggy would not want any of the parts and cars I am not the guy who can ask to buy the remainder of a guys stuff so quickly after a death.  It's been 3 months I know but it just seems odd to me to appear like a scavenger in this situation.  Not my place to ask.  If something were to become available I would probably buy but I don't want to ask at this point.
  I seriously doubt Peggy would know where the car was but would be worth an ask if anyone has the heart.  It might do you good @kotakid94 to be the one to ask.  You are in the correct position for such a question.

If I knew how to get a hold of her I would have. I can understand people not wanting to hand out her information that is why I asked if someone could. But it is a shot in the dark anyways.

Wes has found cars that the owners haven`t seen for 20-30-40 years with very litle info, it`1s worth a shot and nothing to lose.

Just sent a message thank you very much for that. It is a shot in the dark but it is better than nothing.

And @torredcuda I will try that if his wife knows nothing of it. Thank you for the tip.

@kotakid94

If you are really after the car and will try anything, a further step yet would be to go on ebodies and febo and look at the members that have posted the states they live in.  Find their names for Florida and ask everyone that lives there in a personal message.   Then go onto the fabo and fbbo and ask the Florida members there through personal messaging.  Then, I would go onto the many thousands of fakebook ebody web pages and just post pictures in a wanted ad.  Eventually, someone is going to bite.  The country is smaller than we may think.  Although Darkened garages swallow the Hemi or AAR that I have been looking for.
Don't give up.

Oh, and after contacting those who noted their location on the members page, I would then go through all the names and see who posted their location in their signature.  Find a few there as well I am sure.
