I can't seem to locate it even though this car has made the rounds a time or two.

My Challenger convertible has a 199### Vin and B24 so B12 seems reasonable for that hemi cuda.
I was just looking at some pictures I took at Mecum a few years ago and here are some tags on cars there.  The cuda convertible I heard was embellished with added options and fictional tag.
nice rivets on the first one, shouldn't an April build have a hemi fender tag too, and the other one is October which was before they started putting those tags on hemi cudas?

Rivets
Belvedere used screws or rivets depending on the model year and time of year.
Some C-bodies have fender tag held on with rivets, round head not rosette.
