Just found this advert from August 1973, for this blue with black leather, six cylinder Challenger SE.
Guessing that it hasnt survived Britains salt laden roads. Very rare car here though.

I don't know who or if there was an official Dodge agents in Britain in 1970, so I assume that this car had belonged to one of the many US serviceman that were stationed here in the 60s and 70s.

Surprisingly Dodge built 356 /6 SE's.....  I would have expected it to be less...

 Does anyone on here know of any /six SEs? I worked with a guy that had a 318 B5 or B7 w/ white top, just ran into him a few months ago and he said he wrecked it years ago. Bummer, it was a sweet car.

When my Dad and I purchased my Challenger from the Dodge dealership, it had all the SE trim on it. With 40K miles on it someone had traded it in, the dealer cleaned it up placed it on the used side of the lot and we bought it for $1,100.00. On the rear quarters were decals saying Western Sport Special. I thought maybe the dealer had a hard time getting it sold, Cal registration says first sold April 22,1970 it's possible dealer spruced it up to make it easier to sell.  Thanks,   Al

It shows slant six standard that would be a 225 with a three speed manual transmission

That's some cheap transportation  :lookatthat:

I had one that I drove as a daily driver for a long time. Finally sold it in 1992. SE, slant 6, DY3 Cream, black vinyl roof, black and white  houndstooth cloth buckets,  black vinyl roof, automatic with console, p/s, factory a/c, am radio. I made a copy of the broadcast sheet before I sold it. If I could figure out how to post it here, I would.

I'll give this pic posting a try. Here's the slant 6 SE broadcast sheet. it's from back in the early 90's I apologize for the poor quality, as it's a photocopy, since I didn't have access to a scanner at the time. Hopefully it's fairly legible.
