Chance at two 74' Cudas...Help Needed!!

In Quebec they often add the vin number to everything. I only know this because I bought a SRT-10 pickup from there and it had the vin on the glass and most parts under the hood as well. I wouldn't shy from a 74 myself, I personally prefer them over a 70 but that is just me

Both look pretty solid and have potential to be good projects without sacrificing one over the other. However, the screwed on vin and lack of other documentation  make the one somewhat suspect.

I'm thinking $10k for the pair, but I am a cheap mo fo.
