Hi
I'm working on a '70 Barracuda convertible
Any advice on how to remove this?

It looks like there's only two nuts underneath
Thanks

You have to remove the back seat, then remove the interior quarter panel to get under the molding to remove the speed nuts.

Yup, yup, he is right.  You gotta go up, inside, where the window glass is.  The "belt molding" requires removing at least one nut from a threaded fastener.

They will then often slide/shift forward (or back, I cannot recall) and the other fasteners within the trim piece slide freeing the trim.

For those equipped with the molding surrounding the back of the top, remote those nuts from inside the trunk.

Removing the rear interior panels require removal of the back seat.  But I'm pretty sure you can get to the fasteners without removal of the glass.  But the window must be rolled down all the way.  Lowering the top will make the work easier, as you can do some of it standing over it from outside.

Be patient, and you can remove them without damage.  My advice, don't be tempted to pry them off.  The belt trim along the top of the doors (if so equipped) are more delicate then those rear pieces.
