Take note of Dodjs header comment. I have chose the longer Pitman arms over headers before. It's usually one or the other.

According to firm feel, the TA fast ratio box is just large sector box with TA cast into it. The TA box has some internal stops that are in the TA box that are not in the regular big sector c body box. That's why the can make any large sector box a quick ratio box the long c body arm and put internal stops in it to work on an ebody. In 73 they started putting the big sector box in all cars and just put the long arm on c bodies and short arm on e and a.

Firm Feel lists what headers do and don't work with the fast ratio arms. I'm using both headers and fast ratio arms  451" with headmans  :alan2cents:

I'm not running headers, so clearance shouldn't be a problem.
Contrary to the opinions of some, I am not dumber than I look.

I'll add to Cody that my 69 Hemi Charger has the 16:1 manual steering box.
