Not sure if anyone here keeps up on this but Jessi was a "badass car girl."  Jessi, who notably appeared on TV programs such as Overhaulin', Extreme 4x4, and All Girls Garage was also acting as a host on Mythbusters. She had previously earned the title of "Fastest Woman on Four Wheels" by piloting to speeds in excess of 440 miles per hour in 2016, then besting that mark with a 483.2 mph "shakedown run" last year that was cut short by a mechanical failure. While attempting to break her own land speed record in a 52,000-horsepower machine across Oregon's Alvord Desert, Jessi was involved in a catastrophic and fatal crash.  It's incredible the machine she was attempting to do this with and some may call it crazy but these extreme seekers pave the way.  RIP Jessi, you will be missed in many aspects. She was one of my favorite female car enthusiasts.

Man, that's really sad news.   She was a trendsetter and a pacesetter or whatever words you want to apply to someone that's paving new ground.   As you had listed, she's appeared on most of the car shows I've watched at one time or another in recent years.

I met her at SEMA a few years ago. Very down to earth and talented. She had a lot of guts and died doing what she loved. Life is short, enjoy every minute if you can.
