Hi Team,

I have a REALLY dumb question. When you buy heads on Summit, JEGS, mancini etc. are they sold individually or as a pair? I am trying to compare buying and rebuilding a set of J heads or just throwing on some aftermarket items. Are they ~$1000 per head, so total is ~$2000 to do the entire motor. or ~1000 for both sides?

Thanks for helping out this newb to buying heads.
Someday I will have a J0b.

Price for each side. There are cast iron head option too like Indy Cylinder Heads if you don't like aluminum. Import aluminum heads used to be very cost effective. Not sure if tariffs now makes any difference.

Awesome thank you for this. I think this tilts the scale to rebuilding.
