Reason I ask is the Shelby Mustang site crashed couple weeks ago and looks like ALL POSTS where lost...
Years of info sharing gone....

Want to check with admins to make sure we never lose any of the valuable info here!

Thank you for asking and taking the time to think about this.  It shows you care and I appreciate you helping make sure we all keep our forum up and going.  We have a built in backup program that runs at different times and backs up different parts to our server on a daily basis.  I also backup the site once a week to an offsite location so in case our server is completely destroyed we will always have a full backup that is no more then a maximum of 1 week old.   :yessir:  I take our site very seriously and will do everything I can to make sure we always have this place.  :grouphug:

Awesome Cody sounds like you are really on top and I thank you for this site.

I have seen 2 major muscle car forums crash in last 10 years and lost everything.
Some much info lost is a real shame.

Or in could be run like TFFN the falcon website.... The guy who ran it didn't allow advertisements, wanted donations (which I gave but didn't feel it should be a requirement)... Last year the owner of the website decided he'd done it long enough, refused to sell the website & just shut it down killed ten plus years of technical posts....

Thank You Cody for running this website like a normal place & for all the effort you & the mods put into keeping it alive & constantly improving..

Also, there are several Admins and Moderators so I'm not the only one holding the key to the site.  Many people have enough control to bring it back up if something was to go wrong with it or something happens to me.

Building this site once & doing it right was a priority from the beginning right from the initial talks with Cody when we were looking into creating a new start for the E body fanatics !
Thankfully it has worked out better than expected but I believe the dedication is apparent & people have supported the effort to build this , there is a lot more to come as time allows too !
Big thanks to everyone building this site   :woohoo:  :clapping:
