How to locate my old 1970 Hemi Cuda

I was the 2nd owner & bought it for $1,995 back in 1974.

1970 Hemi Cuda , shaker hood, Hemi orange with a black interior, 3 speed automatic on the 'tree' with a bench bucket seat.
Also it had the 9.75"  Dana 60 rear end with 4.10 gears.
Sweet ride.

Now how would I find out where it might be now, 50 years later?
I'm hoping that it survived.

BS23R0B146537 is 1 of only 652 made for the U.S. market, and of those 1 of 368 with an automatic. It is a "triple-black" car finished in TX9 Black-Velvet with a V1X black vinyl top and a H6X9 black vinyl interior.

This HemiCuda is nicely equipped with the A32 Super-Performance 4:10 geared 8.75" Axle Package, A62 Rallye Gauges, B51 Power Disc Brakes and a C16 Center Console among other things. This fender tag is interesting in that it looks authentic in that the font, texture and weathering of the tag look appropriate - but is it? The V6R code for "red" Hockey Stick Stripes questions the whole thing being that the "hockey stick" stripes were suppose to be available only in black (V6X). Custom ordered stripes? A fake fender tag? Who knows?

1971 340 4sp Shaker hood, Cuda convertible. GF3 Amber Sherwood Metallic exterior, white interior.

It's the only 340 4sp convertible that I know of with a Shaker hood.
One sold this year for $352,000 with an added on Shaker hood.

I sold this in 1978 to a guy in Switzerland.
I don't know where it is today. 

And I also owned  BS23R1B350637  bought it for $5,000 in 1976

1971 Hemi Cuda 4sp GB5 True Blue, black leather, power windows.
Speedo cable was disconnected at 426 miles. LOL
It was garage kept , not driven on the street, went to the track a few times on a trailer, & is in showroom condition.

Sold it to a racing buddy , Roy Crownover, in 1977 for $8,000

No, just in old copy of a PA registration with the VIN for the 1970 Hemi Cuda
Would you know how I could find it with just the VIN?

I do have copies of the broadcast sheets for the 2 1971 Cuda's

Sounds like you might confirm that this car is indeed a fake tag car.
Too bad there is no paper trail or picture trail.

WoW so that Black car is a fake tag car?

I know that mine was the real deal as I bought it from the original owner who sold it
to me during the 'gas' crunch days.
I had removed the Hemi drivetrain, & the Shaker hood.
It Did have a 360 4sp with an 8.75 rear when I got rid of it as it was a 'rust' bucket back then.
So being considered unrestorable back than, it was probably 'junked', so somebody knew this
& put the VIN on other Cuda?
Or maybe it was wrecked & the VIN removed?

Or maybe it was restored to the specs that they wanted, & it got a fake fender tag?

Plus I like decoding sheets and tags.

I really don't see that happening by changing out the beautiful V2 Tor-Red to black.
Plus adding a vinyl top, as it didn't have a vinyl top, unless someone really wanted triple black.
I can see getting rid of the column shift & bench/bucket seats, by changing to a console & bucket seats.

But, being a Hemi Cuda with column shift, bench/buckets, & with a 4.10 Dana, was really unique.

There was a hemi cuda similar to that in my area for many years, which occurs to me I haven't seen it in a couple years.  Orange, column shift.  But I just looked at a picture I have of it and it can't be same.  Sign says the owners had it since 1971! It was a CA car too, and has a vinyl top.
Owner might be aging out, which would explain why I haven't seen it for awhile.
I wonder how many column shift auto hemi Cudas were built.
