Well after all of these years the Challenger is running.  I'm super stoked.  Started on the first turn of the key.  It's runs great.  I had a couple of small leaks, Pipe plug in the intake and a heater hose but I think I'm good for now.  I haven't started it since I tightened those down.  The new Tremec TKO 600 shifts flawlessly.  I drove it about 25 miles and it didn't go over 170 degrees.  The grille and bezels are on now but apparently when I got the car as a pile of parts there were 3 bumpers thrown in and all rear bumpers.  So I need a front bumper.  Small details now I only care that it runs.   :ohyeah:

Many thanks to all of you guys for hanging in there with my stupid questions over the years.  Especially Neil aka Chryco Psycho he was on the phone with me many a late night helping me and just BS'ing.

You are all correct the shaker isn't on there yet.  I need to fab up some arms for the base plate plus since it's a pain to take on and off while I'm tweaking it it just easier to use that air cleaner.   I hope the video loads.

Sorry I thought I could attach the videos but I can't.  If anyone has any easy solutions I will continue to try.  But nothing complicated for this old guy.

Or if someone knows how to do it easily I can e-mail them to post.  They were taken on my iPhone 13.

Dave - Congrats!!!!!  That's terrific news.  Neil coached me through my start up as well.  As he accurately stated, getting a motor started in a restoration project is the closest most guys come to giving birth.

Shouldn't be too difficult to upload to YouTube?

Sounds exciting though!

Congratulations!  I know that feeling all too well.   :stayinlane:  To load videos on this forum you must first load to Youtube and then paste the link in your thread.  Good luck.  :clapping:

Great news! Nothing like that first fire up! I remember it well!  :bravo:

LOL! Ask Neil about the initial fire-up of Andy's Cuda, when we did it at about 10pm or later, with open headers! I still chuckle when I think about it!  :))
