MCACN Muscle Car Show this weekend

This weekend is the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in Chicago.  It will have on display the original Rapid Transit System cars for the first, and probably only time.  As well as hundreds of the craziest Muscle Cars you have ever seen.

I've seen all these cars on display at Chrysler's at Carlisle show in the past. 

Very cool cars to see in person, and the MCACN  show will likely be the last time they're shown...hopefully not, but likely....

At this point . . I think I am going to make the drive out for Saturday  . . Maybe by myself or the possibility of a buddy coming with me.  Drive there in the morning Saturday and then drive home that night.  Really want to go . . .

You can order your tickets online and save $5, and pick up at will-call rather than stand in line.
I'm leaving here shortly, my stomachs in a bit of a knot, scheduled to work outside today and I'm not in shape for the cold, nor are my bad feet up to the task.  Plus have to coordinate with my transport later in the day to get my car and trailer it safely to the hall!

I have approval from the wife and still think I'm going to make the trip!  Hoping the snow will not hinder my progress on the highways!  Once you get by lake Michigan . . . that lake effect snow can be pretty rough . . .
