I'm posting pictures of Al's M46 as I don't have an exclusive picture thread for his.  I have been asked about pictures of his car so I am going to post them here for another M46 owner to see.

Good ole Al.  I need to call em.

These pictures were taken after Al had sold the car.  The next owner, as I understand it, sold the car through the dealer.

This is the closest thing I've seen to a restored M46 car, it understandable why, but unfortunate he took so many liberties during the restoration...I would like to see a completely OE restored version of an M46 car

As an m46 barracuda owner, I would say that it's still a barracuda,  and boring without the upgrades.
Mine has a manual,  which is cool, but, 2bbl, 10" drums, no front bar, 14" wheels,  single exhaust,  standard cluster, etc.
It's not what people want,  so mine got upgraded.  Tried to keep it looking like a barracuda.  The Cuda hood is a bit too far, in my estimation.

If the hood, road lamps, rear spoiler were kept off, I could live with all the engine upgrades, even the exhaust tips and wheels....but I sure would like to see one full boogie OE  :drooling:

I agree with you Alan.

Those other items are Cuda items.  And that's what everyone wants and what most people have.  Leave it on them.

I love the car as it is though.

Sport hood, road lamps and rear spoiler were all eventually available on any BH car if you wanted to order it that way. So, not really "'cuda" only options per say.
A friend of mine has a March 1970 SPD EV2 with burnt orange interior N code with D13, Gran Coupe, coded for a rear spoiler, and yes, it is still on the car. They exist. Sport hoods were available on any BH car sometime after November of 1969.

I would keep them off because this car was not coded for them, but that's just me :drunk:
