My Cuda block, heads, rear end and trans numbers ???

Yes, Nov 1970 is for a 1971 build year.  The VIN will be something like "1BXXXXXX"

That's a good 340 block.  1971 Hamtramck built vehicle.  Although not date code correct for a 1973, it's a nice block to have.

Here's the  VIN. on my trans looks like it's been monkeyed with to me, but doesn't really matter because it's not original to my car anyway.

That looks like a very original VIN stamp to me.  The mill marks are perfect and the VIN stamp sometimes bounced and double / tripled stamped.  I would be that is an original stamping.  It's out of a 1973 Hamtramck vehicle.  Late too by the look of the high number.  The trans was built on Monday May 14, 1973.

closest I have info on is 3B519248 a 340 Challenger & 3B523609 (SPD 530) is a local 340 automatic

I'll go with that Cody and I guess I was a little right in opening I posted I thought 73 and on my rely to anlauto I said it looked like the stamper guy hit it twice lol. So when I saw 3 or more hits I just felt it looked a little funny but hey these folks that do this stuff are human.  Educate me Cody what are mill marks? My vin is lower 255200. Thanks

The mill machine that cut that pad flat at the factory was a large piece of machinery and left those half moon marks in the metal face of the pad.  Sometime they are harder to see then others as it depended on how sharp the bit was.  But you can clearly see your factory mill marks on your pad.

I bet it was ..... Forged dome pistons , you will be needing a bit better than regular fuel in that !!
Roughly 12:1 compression depending on the head chamber size !!
