Going for a bone biopsy on my arm this week. Next week a CT Scan of my head. Leg and arm constantly hurt.
But I'm still kicking. I hope everyone here is doing well.
Closed part of my business. Couldn't do it anymore.

The car sold! I brought it to Streetside Classics.I didn't want to deal with people. To many scams out there. I had that problem
when I tried to sell my 2009 Challenger back in 2014. Waiting on some paper work so I can collect my money. I did get to drive it a little.
Ran great. If my health wasn't so messed up I would have kept it. I have to get my Medical bills and credit card debt payed off.
I didn't want to leave my wife with a bunch of bills to pay when I'm gone.

Brad when are you getting out of Canada?

Again I hope everyone here is doing well.

Joe

Sorry to hear your in pain. Glad you were able to get the car sold. Sounded like a fun ride! Me and Canada.... LOL I'm stuck here the wife won't leave. We have a developer wanting to buy our house for a significant amount of money, enough to retire immediately"IF" we were to move to SC but wife says no.... :pullinghair:
If we stay here we work right up until noon on the day of our funeral's....

I know it's hard to make a move especially out of the Country. When we moved down here to GA from NY That was a big problem for the wife.
And we weren't moving to a different Country...lol
Has she ever been to SC? Take her on a road trip to SC maybe she'll change her mind.
Or how about here in GA. You are welcome to come here. You never know maybe she'll change her mind if she sees what you can get here for the money compared to Canada.
We are not yet full blown communist here...lol (i said yet!) lol.

Either way good luck. I hope it works out for you.

Oh most of her family live near the SC/NC border, we go down often. She has always lived here though.

Maybe having family there makes it easier...but...back when it looked like my job was disappearing I investigated moving to the USA as a possibilty and it's not just pack up the truck and move. They have to be interested in the skills you are bringing and be young enough not to be a burden on them. At the time, as a 45 year old electrician I could not move unless a company sponsored my move and explained why a Canadian electrician was needed for the job instead of an American electrician. Which, from an American perspective is quite reasonable I figured. Prevented my move though.

Glad you got to drive the car before you sold it Joe. I'll bet it brought a smile to your face

Yes it did. But with all my health issues I had no choice. The car ended up in Colorado.
