Yes, pretty hard to get any sleep when a Mopar deal goes down and you can't touch it.

Can't wait till Monday.  Got the misses to take off tomorrow so we can go for the redfish.  Salesman told me several people tried to buy it after me.  I am glad they are a reputable dealer.

Gorgeous car.  Did the Rallye dash come as part of a package on the cuda's?

A rallye dash was always an option on a Cuda, never standard.

Welcome to the forum.  Beautiful car!

Wow! Didn't realize there were so many Canadians on this forum.

(including me, but left the snow for sunny Palm Springs)

And according to the fender tag this cuda did not get one originally when ordered. Not trying to knock the car, I want to do the same thing to my gran coupe.

So: I hope the car has another 1000 miles on it already?

It's obvious several things were added to this car when it was restored. The love-it or hate-it 1970 rear spoiler, the power disc brakes, the rallye dash etc....

I for one, can't stand when people do that to such a rare combination of a car during the restoration, yea it makes for a better car, more salable, but when you have such a unique car from the factory, I enjoy more when they're left original.  :alan2cents:

P.S. If you're going to add a rallye dash, at least get new woodgrain :dunno:

hi,
Got the car home.  9 hours each way mostly interstate.  I love it.  Drives nice.  Also, the dash is ok I thought from the pix it was bad, I even priced replacements, but it was the pictures that made it look bad.  I don't know if the ralley dash was sometimes on the build sheet only like the rim blow wheel but not on the fender tag.  Maybe someone knowledgeable can explain.  If the wing could be removed, I might because I'm not a big fan but the mounting holes are already there.  I looked at some great cars before and one had two trunks painted when their car was in the paint shop one with the factory born-with luggage rack one without.  So far the horn does not work and the key works only in neutral.  Salesman said the prior owner made the starter work that way for anti-theft.  My guess is its possibly but  it might be a faulty neutral safety switch; time will tell.

Congrats on getting the car home
N85 is the code for Tach , if you have the tach you have the ralley dash , the code should be on the fender tag , if not the dash may have been upgraded at some point . Ralley Dash was std equipment in an R/T but not in a Cuda .
You might want to just get a second decklid if you want to remove the wing , I like it though  :alan2cents:
