What is an OEM 1971 Plymouth Barracuda or (e-body) in general center dash speaker that needs speaker recone repair worth to a purist or a restorer?

I figure most if not all 1970 to 1974 would have some paper cone damage by now so the only way to keep it original would be to have the Mopar frame as the foundation and fix to like new standard.

Not sure what is fair for a price, but I'm interested in it.  They are pretty easy to have re-coned and they fit in the dash nicely.  Your's looks to be out of a 1971.   :alan2cents:

Pretty easy to come by, I would be surprised if you get more than $20-$30 :dunno:

We have a small local shop that does them.  Look on google for a local speaker repair shop.

Sometimes you can pick one up at a swap meet that has already been reconed.   :alan2cents:
