PPG Paint Question

Can PPG Duracryl DDL be used to touch up PPG Deltron 2000 DBC.
Are they compatible? Not a painter here.

If your just brush touching chips you should be OK. spraying it I would think NOT. Lifting could happen, and the color and contrast could be a problem.
