Question regarding steering coupler installation?

With a 440 with power steering is it easier to install the coupler on the steering box prior to engine installation, or should the coupler first be installed on the steering column? Thanks!

Definitely on the steering column first. I find it easier to get to the various bolts installing the engine with the column out.

   They are much easier to clamp on while out of the car if you put it on the column first.
