T/A washer tubing T

Could someone tell me how the washer tubing T is suppost to mount to the underside of the fiberglass hood, mine has no holes

Would you drill 2 holes and push T in afraid I'd go through other side

Yes, I would assume that raised section of underside against which the t-fitting and plastic loops are attached is hollow.  There appears to be about a half inch of space between the inner and outer layer of fiberglass on the original.  You'll need to careful when drilling, but there should be enough depth for the fasteners to catch.

Use a piece of brake line, cut it so the drill bit sticks out just enough to pierce the first layer.
