Who knows this V-code Challenger (switzerland)

in Europe is this V-code Challenger for sale (€145k ~ $145k   )
Does anybody knows something about this car? It was restored in canada the last 3 years by a "mopar expert". I don't think Alan was the restorer because several little mistakes. Shaker should be added. No photo of the fender tag.

   @Culvers    Looks like you found a cool car.  I've not seen it before that I can recall.  Really digging the color and interior.  But the price looks really high to me?

My V code Challenger was a 1971 and went to Sweden. and you'd probably find mistakes on it too
