You can get an AMD trunk lid for $260 + whatever shipping is right now. My trunk lid is shot.

But I'm also not planning to replace it for another couple years.

Worth buying now?

That's the problem with these deals on reproduction parts especially sheet metal. If you are not ready to use them and test fit, they sit for a few months and I doubt you can return them after so many days.

I've bought a ton from Tamraz's in the past. They sell several brand names so before you purchase make sure you're buying the brand name you want. AMD is not the only kind they sell.

Looking through their parts I see a left quarter panel skin and a right quarter panel....pardon my ignorance but what is the difgerence between a quarter panel skin and a quarter panel?

"Quarter Panel" includes the B pillar up the roof and over to the trunk opening. "Quarter Skin" only goes up to the top body line.

Thank you Alan. My car seems to be missing the B pillars

so the skin should do quite nicely. My wife said I could buy the part of my choice as a Christmas present so....

I was going to buy an amd front valance but it list 70-71 only. What is the difference for the 72-74's? I thought they were the same..

Other manufacturers list the front valance as a 70-74 piece.

I just called to place a big order and it's only on "in stock" items only. Of course everything I wanted is out of stock like inner fenders, full right side quarter panel, complete glass kit, triple chromed bumpers...ect.
