when typically you have to buy 50 or 100 pieces at a time of one number. Frozen capitol becomes a huge issue with stagnant inventory and slow sales. We have seen this with BEA and especially the Paddock way back when. some folks think that these parts will be available for when if come maybe down the road.  And pass on buying them when they are available but not so.
