1970 'cuda CA CL FJ6 AAR Numbers

I wonder what's up with this.  Not advertised as AAR but has vin and data tags along with body numbers.

I love it but close look required.  No holes in the tail panel for the chrome or an emblem 'Cuda or ??? barracuda?  what else has been done here....
