Talked about here several times, for some reason this car is just not selling

I've known this car for over 25 years now and was the first real AAR I actually had seen in person...  any links to further discussion?  I might be able to fill in some blanks on it.  Pretty sure the rubber bumpers were added and I know the #'s block was found but thats a very long story with some twists and turns lol.  Never rusty and did sit in a garage for almost as long as I've known it.   I was considering buying this car years ago before resto but couldn't stomach the interior color combo and just really don't like red that much.

I wouldn't buy it because of the interior color combo and the automatic trans, whether it is a real AAR or not.

I saw that post. My assumption would be the car is a real AAR - easy enough to figure that one out.  And the options on the car are questionable considering the supposed fake tag and no build sheet.  With these assumptions the car is probably priced right at $65k.

I'm not sure who made this reproduction tag, but I would like to think it WAS NOT AGBackeast I've dealt with the guys at AG and they wouldn't let an obvious mistake like this go through...I even do my own layouts (sometimes proof read by Dan) and had AG correct, or at least inquire with me about wrong codes. Top notch service.

A simple mistake of having the "A" codes out of order is just laughable  and N42 ? Really ?

I agree options are questionable mostly rubber bumbers as I recall I don't think it ever had them on it, its been hurting my brain today trying to remember that detail...  at one time the car was a serious street warfare machine with a Hemi trans planted into it but never cut up or really messed with otherwise.  I used to use this car as referance how things were assembled or routed back in the day... long before my buddy restored it.

Definatly never was green colum auto lol... was original paint for a long time.  Used be a parts storage bench for many years though.

Yeah: I can't remember on the bumpers, I think they were most likely added. Rest of the car is the way it was originally though I think. Colours in and out and roof are the way it came. My 68 casting Hemi was in that car for awhile, it originally came out of the 71 GY3 HemiCuda from this area.

LOL yeah I remember the rabbit hole went pretty deep with that AAR block, then that Hemi situation... sorry about that Hemi guy scooping your number out of my rolladex back in the day bud.
