Ya that struck me as strange too. Still if I had the cash I would be contacting him. Would love a 71 R/T especially in a great colour like this!

Appraised at $89k CDN
Offered at $45K USD
About the same thing.   :)

So if the asking price IS $45K CDN, could one buy it and expect to sell it for $45K USD ???

That would net a tidy profit of  $12,300.00 CDN profit for doing very little work.  :bigmoney:

Nah: I watch them all the time because I need one. By the time you screwed around with shipping/border, fixing hidden problems etc. you'd sell it for $35K US I think. There's a gaggle of nice V-codes that have been for sale in the US$60k asking range for quite awhile.

I was doing a little Googling myself....Found a couple of V codes in the $60K USD range.....these cars haven't really gone anywhere eh ? I sold my V code like 18 years ago for $40K USD... In comparison, I sold my Superbird 21 years ago for $40K CDN and it has likely tripled if not quadrupled in price :o :bigmoney: :looney:

Ha, ha: Yes the market constantly evolves I think. V-code 70 Road Runners are cheap too. I was always into big engine cars and what I have seen is the more visual (Wings, convts. 68-70 Chargers of any form) cars have appreciated more than the big engine stuff. No way would I give up a Hemi 66 Satellite for big block Charger but that's what you would have to do.

Reminds me of the Charger from Burn Notice.
I know wrong year, hood, interior color etc.

I'm no expert on these..... looks like a 2 speed wiper motor. Would 3-speed be an option on a '71 Charger RT?

Oh, Gotta look for a cheap 70 Torino, He's nutz as the Charger is such a better looking car, inside, outside and under the hood. Oh well, different tastes.
Yeah mine had a 3 speed because of the Ramcharger, not sure if a regular non Ramcharger R/T came with a 2 speed wiper.

My fully loaded V code had N96 and a 2 speed from the factory  :dunno:
