This is too weird..... a customer that owns a pretty nice 71 Torino ( I think GT) 351 Cleveland? Might be Winsor? I think and a factory 4 speed  that I've always really admired  Dark green almost black , nice car phoned me up and offered it to me for 10 grand.  :Thud: As much as I'd love to have it I'm outa storage space..... and they wife gave a firm no kinda look HAHA . Its just down the road less than 5 minutes away, now this Charger pops up also in my hometown.....  starting to feel like the twilight zone.... I can almost hear the music!

Ask if you can test drive the Torino.....drive over to the Charger owner's house, make the deal....for an even trade, then buy the Torino ...sell the Charger and double up  :bigmoney:

Hey Brad would you be willing to check out that Charger for me and do the Torino swap for me then ship the car to me? It's a lot to ask but I would send you the money and give you a bonus for doing it.
If I don't ask then the answer is no. And I would understand if you don't want to.

I think you're dreaming if you think you could get that Charger for $10K (trade value) Brad would be smarter to sell the Charger for closer to $30K :bricks:

I'm going over next week to see the guy with the Torino. Servicing his snow blower..... I was considering buying it to flip it. I told him the Torino was worth much more than the 10 k he mentioned.
Just being honest with him......  I know the Charger is worth more..... but I really like the Torino?  :lurking:

Went by and looked at the Torino today. It's a nice driver not a show car but cool car none the less. Well it "speaks to me" anyhow.....   I tried talking him into keeping it, and he might..... but said you know where it is if you want it.  I hate that..... it's gonna haunt me now :pullinghair:

It is a real GT he said with a 351 Cleveland and a 4 speed , been repainted a couple times so no telling what's under the paint. I did pull up the trunk mat and its real clean on the trunk floor.  Drivers seat is ripped and needs redone as well as the headliner is shot.

Pretty good looking Torino..... it's no Charger R/T though!   :pokeeye:

Neat car. It looks really good actually and it's a 4 pounder.

A buddy of mine recently bought a cleanTorino (not GT) with a 351, bench, column auto from down south for 4.5k.
He plans on chopping it up to make a Mad Max interceptor out of it because the GT Falcons have gotten quite crazy in price.

I keep trying to talk him out of it.
