I agree: Just once I'd like to hear a guy say he can hardly wait to finish it and take it for a drive. I haven't heard that in years it seems.

Ill be saying this in another year, but I jinxed myself saying this 3 years ago...lol

Well Sheldon, I've got more in my car than I will ever be able to sell it for and I don't care. I love driving it!
Same here! I did do a high end build on mine but I fully intended on driving it. I can't tell you how many people said "you ain't never going to drive that". Not only do I drive it. I drive it hard and completely enjoy every minute of it. Yes it's getting small rock chips behind the wheels. But the hell with just wiping it off all the time and looking at it. I just keep it clean and touched up and continue to make improvements such as power and handling.

I agree with Alan's statement. If the car was that nice why did he have to spend so much on it?

Shane: I think you are an inspiration to many on here. Your quality of work is outstanding and yes you drive them. That is a true Mopar guy!

have you tried using clear elastiwrap / clear bra? it's just a clear rubber coating that sprays on quickly and easily peels off (use enough coats so it pulls in one shot). this way you can keep it protected while driving, peel it off to show it off and quickly reapply.

Growing older is mandatory...growing up is optional.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
