A numbers matching 1970 plum loco ( plum Crazy) AAR Cuda showing 49k , I believe this is the original miles on the car for several reasons, the door hinges are original and tight. I have the build sheet/ track sheet, the motor and transmission is rebuilt and matches the car. The rear is a 355 sure grip and I believe it is original to the car. It has the numbers matching radiator and number matching duel point distributor with electronic ignition added . The car is totally restored and other than the correct paint marks and blobs on the bottom of the car it is ready to compete and be judged at shows. This car is perfect for a very high end collector to add to their stable or for the man who wants to own just one very special car. Lloyd 919-971- five one five Eight

I added tinted glass, the optional factory leather seats and power steering and a hidden am/ fm blue tooth radio to make this a even more" fun car" to drive.

Quite nice. The colour looks good on it.

Very nice car! Does look like a high end restoration. Needs a little more detailing like correct Master Cylinder, wiper motor and paint on fender bolts. All can easily be done.

Too bad it's an auto on the floor, would be so much more unique with a bench seat and a column auto....and it's yet another purple one....seems like everybody and their sister has a purple one.... :alan2cents: :haha: :haha:

Every time I see a Purple AAR it takes me back to being stationed at the Coronado Amphib Base in 78-79... There was a nicely optioned Purple 4 spd AAR in the Coronado area that I would spot from time to time.... Always looked pretty bad ass at night under the street lights....

There use to be allot of cool cars around the base, couple AAR's, couple T/A's, A Charger 500, a beautiful 71 Charger R/T 440 Sixpack 4 spd with frt/rear color match bumpers, 3 Shelby's, countless 55-57 Chevies,  I think between having the teams there & just the fact it was still the 70's the cars were around & guys were seeking them out...

I don't have one . . . . .  :dunno:  Wish .  .  .  :notsure:
Drive it like you stole it . . . And they're CHASING you!

He states on Craigs list he knows what he is doing.  I can tell you he DOESN'T know what he is doing on that resto.  There are at least 15 things I can pick out that are wrong on that car.  Don't make statements like that because you'll be called out on it.
Better to say nothing than to show you're wrong :looney:

I saw this car on Ebay and realized that I found the buildsheet for it in my AAR. It's in much better shape than the one posted. I say this in case someone here is thinking about purchasing it. If so, Barry Washington has it.

That's pretty cool about the BCS

As far as 15 things wrong, I'm sure there's lots more, but that's just the kind of thing you deal with when buying a "done" car. Who knows what's under the paint or in the rear end/transmission/engine etc...

With that said, I think it's priced accordingly, he's not asking an OE Gold price... :alan2cents:

Decent price me thinks for a car done to that level; even with some things incorrect and being an automatic (great for folks w/bad left knees).
