Yes, it's not a 440-6 or Hemi, but 340 usually trumps 383, 4-speed trumps auto, and high-impact colour trumps something more sedate.

Having purchased a car that was disassembled in pieces, you have to add that in to the equation. I say -$10K for that. If you have to pick a car up in boxes, at least 2 of those boxes need to be filled with cash.

Exactly, I've bought a few basket cases and it's pretty much a given that stuff will be wrong or missing. Definetly a discount applies, I just wish people without the skills and tenacity would just leave the dang things bolted together. Anyone can blow a car apart in a weekend.
