My buddy had the Green Hemi Cuda BS23R0B100010.  I wonder if he still has a copy of the Build Sheet?  Maybe we can see both these Build Sheets and see which car really went down the line first?   :bigthumb:

IMO, not going to get anywhere close to that asking price on the Hemi Cuda.   :alan2cents:  That's Hemi Conv money.

$3M is a bit crazy  :alan2cents: but it is down from the $4.5M he was asking

isn't BS23R0B100010 the pre-production ad car & "rallye red"?
I'd bet BS23R0B100003 pre-dates it by weeks if not months - and use to be on display at the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, IN - wonder if it is still there?  It would be cool to see up close.

Well it does say OBO in the ad, so maybe he will knock some zeros off  :haha:

EF8 if I recall.  Pretty sure 100010 was EF8.   It went through Barrett Jackson about 12 years ago.  I think it brought about $450,000.

Now I got to ask my buddy what his VIN was on his EF8 Cuda.

searched the internet & found this

craigslist ad's phone number is Indiana (not NY) & pictured sign still states Gary Dodane as "owner"

Cuda Cody

Yup, that was his Red FE5 Hemi Cuda 100010.  He also had a Green Hemi too that is why I was remembering wrong.  But it was my buddy that sold that red FE5 car at BJ in 2005.

Visited here today and did not expect to find such history !
What great museums, start with the Auburn Cord Dusenberg Museum ,then to the National Auto and Truck Museum!
I'm kicking myself as I didn't read the sign board to realize the significance of this Hemi !
