Looks fairly solid other than the quarters.  Maybe could get a body-on type restoration rather than rotisserie.  One would still have too much invested in it even if they did that though.
But it's one of the rarest colors. I've never seen a FT6 T/A in person.  I've only seen pictures of 2 others.  One with gator grain top a guy in NC had, sold years ago  and disappeared.  Then one a well known guy at the time in CA did a concours resto on, later sold to a collector on the east coast and it too has been off radar since.

I'm not a tag expert but that fender tag looks too nice. Any thoughts?

Solid car but needs to be blown apart for paint plus quarters and other body work, fake tag no mention of broadcast sheet and an automatic asking $55k, probably not getting that.

Thanks for the confirmation!  I'm at a level of knowledge that I see tags that don't look right to me, but not to the level I usually can say definitely something is fake.
Of course my T/As tag is "fake" also, but I still have the original, which is rusted by one screw hole so I decided to have a new repop made.  In the case of this eBay T/A, perhaps the original tag still exists too, but if so, the seller should show a picture of it in his listing.

There is a difference between a repop of an original and a bogus/fake/incorrect tag. I can usually spot a repop but can`t spot fake tags either but the experts can spot them for a variety of reasons and I`m guessing this one has obvious mistakes?
