it appears to be a "dealer preview show" PROMO unit for the CANADA market - similar to the red/red Six Pack convertible R/Ts for the US market

other CANADA spec. '70 "PROMO" units:

That's a cool car and I would love to have a Sixpack 4 speed to offset all the automatics I have but finding all the parts for that thing will be a mother of a task.
