I think we talked about this one before, but I thought the asking price was way higher ?

Edmonton, my old stopping grounds. Sure don't miss that white stuff.

Black car, white roof, with red interior, very sexy.  Hope someone resurrects this one.

I've been trying to purchase this car for some years now.  Far away tough seller to deal with.  Just can't make a deal.
There are several threads about this car.  One from just recently, and two from back a while ago that I posted.

It's very rusty.  I'm trying to find the other threads.

@cuda hunter wasn't his price a lot higher before ? $5900 CDN seems pretty reasonable, cheap actually :dunno:

Yes, his price was much higher before but that was because he was offering all of the red interior parts for the car.  He also has the rubber bumpers and some other parts with the car.
I've never seen an actual picture of the fender tag.  He only shares what he wants on the hand writing tablet.
Have not gotten pictures to verify the vin tag or the cowl stamp or the radiator stamp.  Or the door sticker for that matter.

It's been on Kijiji for 3 days now at 5900 canadian.  That's super cheap in my opinion.  Especially if you look around the internet at the other projects that are available.

There is a reason.

There is another car that has this same color combo that I was trying to work out a deal with up in Montana or Idaho some years ago.  I lost track of that one.  It was in worse condition than this one.  less money and worse picture taking.  I got all of one picture and the stated tag info.

I've been buying any red part I can get my hands on for years and I can tell you that it is not easy to get the parts pieced together. Red is very difficult.     yeah I know, I can paint any color to match.

However finding the red parts is difficult.  With the amount he was asking, I personally did not think it worth my money to purchase with the other parts.

Somebody buy this thing and put it together please.

Unless you know how to do body work, you'll have $50k in body and paint before touching the interior, drivetrain, and other misc stuff.

For an L-code BP.

Is V5R a red vinyl side strip?  If so, I never saw red before.  Unobtainium?
