Title issues

You have personal knowledge on it? I have a picture of it from the guy he bought it from racing at Green Valley in Ft Worth in the early 80's. It been a race car for a long time. I have communicated with him through Facebook. Typical Facebook seller. You get very little information from him then none at all. It's in a town not far from me.

The seller indicated a lean. I would take that as NOT a clear or clean title.   :alan2cents:

That was  somewhat of a red flag for me also, but if he was/is honest about disclosing that maybe there is a simple solution to clearing that up?  :notsure:

@Brads70 Pay the lone off would clear it up, He probably needs the money from the sail to do that.  Buyer be wear!   :alan2cents:

As long as the title is in the sellers name, I don't consider a lien to be a title issue. Many cars have liens on them when sold. The lien gets paid off, lien holder releases the lien, and seller has his clear title.
