I have an Am only radio that I shined up to fill the void in my dash, it came with the car when I bought it. I bench tested it and both the radio and the blacklight work off the car so the radio is not an issue.

The radio is from a 1974 Cuda and I have a 1972 Challenger, is the connector the same for both radio's? I have a connector from my wiring harness that seems like the right one but they don't fit together. I can't find another connector that is not hooked up to anything under the dash. Unless someone knows where I can find another connector hiding under the dash?

Car is in great shape no hacked apart harness.
Someday I will have a J0b.

They are the same connectors. Your dash harness should have a female T connector very close to the Y off hanger. The horizontal blade has a red w/ white tracer and blue (Power). The vertical terminal (Lights) is a pair of orange wires.
