Hello all,
Currently the cluster and shift lighting does not work. The upper right door switch light and map light do work.
Fuses are fine. The dome light(replies in previous topic)never worked.
Please help with these issues.

Not sure about all these, but the cluster and shifter light go to the dimmer. It could be the dimmer. I took mine apart and cleaned it up and it worked ok after wards. Another issue was grounding. The cluster lights were not grounding correctly and I had to bend the tangs a little so they made better contact. Also, ensure the shifter lamp wire has continuity and is plugged in under the dash, and that it is also grounded well. Grounding is just making sure the outside of the connector is clean and making proper contact with the metal. To test I would just take a long piece of wire with one edge attached to a good ground or touch it against a good ground.

Fixing/cleaning the dimmer isn't hard if you're handy. They only tricky part is taking a clip off. That clip may come off easy or it may break. The rest isn't too bad. I would just be careful with the spring because mine was very fragile and broke. I was able to reconnect it just fine. But not sure if you can replace it. Mine was corroded and needed a good cleaning. You can use an ohm meter to test the output.

This shows some of what is involved:

tparker,
Thank you for the explicit diagnosis. This is the best Mopar site ever.
Will follow your procedures and Clarks Place videos are awesome also.
