Fuse panel backside ?

Trying to trace down an issue with dome light. I have never messed with the fuse panel before. If I remove the one clip that I can see at the top, does the yellowed front with the fuses pull away from the white back piece allowing access to the back side of the fuses ?

There should be another clip on the diagonally opposite corner.  You need to release both of them.

Thanks for that, but when I release them, is there wires going from that part to the other section that allows me to access the back side of the fuses ?

Yes, u will have access to the back of the fuse panel, atleast that is how it is on my 71Cuda
