The horn on my 70 RT won't blow and my shop manual is 35 miles away.  Since I restored the Challenger several years ago I've forgotten the physical location of the horn relay.
The horns blow when jumped directly and there is 12.7 volts at the
rim blow but the relay does not click.  Would appreciate some help.

When you unhook the wire from the Rim Blow wheel and touch it to ground, will the horn blow ?

No effect when grounding wire to rim blow.  But,I had a chance to take a look today .today and found a bad connection to the relay so all is well now. I appreciate the help.
I also drove the car about forty miles today with about half of it on the freeway.  My-O-My, what a sweet machine it is.
