Identify wires, and prong

Does anybody happen to know what this mystery wire is here it's a three-prong so it's not a flasher relay, (shockingly because my driver side brake light and blinker don't work all of a sudden right around the time this was found blown)

  Also just after getting them all to work with the replacement of a new turn signal switch

  Anyway reason I ask is I can't seem to find it on any of my wiring diagrams for some reason it used to be a silver beer can shape, not much longer than a flasher relay

The 5th schematic down from the top shows it near the bottom. I know it's for a '70 but some things haven't changed.
