I have a 1970 challenger RT SE that had a factory 5 speaker system W/thumbnail radio...The owner me before pulled it cause it didn't work...They took everything out and junked it...

SO im starring from scratch here...

I have NO IDEA what I need for the AM/FM thats coming in.

I did order a crossover with complete wiring hardness attach BUT it doesn't have the FADER switch.. I\

I think I need a fader switch with a bigger plug at the end...

If someone can instruct me that would be great!!!!

You're right - the 5 speaker system uses a different fader with a much bigger plug and it has 2 pots ganged together.  I will see if I can find a pic of the unit.

This isn't a great photo (#3) but it is the right fader.

Note that it has a 6-blade grey connector which hooks up to the crossover/dash speaker wiring.

Though you can't really see it in the pic, the pot has 2 'barrels' instead of one.
