It looks like all the solenoids I had on my 65, 66 and 68 mustangs. Should it be on a 1973 Barracuda though?

Thinking the same thing... would be right at home in my 67 Fairlane.  :D
I had a 66 Fairlane. Loved that car. 289, Dark green w/ tan interior.
