Regarding aiming of sealed beam LED headlights.   It is much more difficult than the old Incandescent, because they give a much broader light, there is no center point.

In the good old days, mechanics could use a box that attached to the headlight itself and then look at the level bubble to see how it was for up and down and left and right.    Those dont exist anymore.

So what i did was parked my factory adjusted Chrysler 200 that has halogen headlights next to it about 20 feet away from my garage doors  and then adjusted them to look about the same.  After that i drove it at night and observed.  Lastly, i had my wife drive her car the opposite direction at night on a level road and observe whether is blinded her either in Low or High beam usage.

I love my LED's in my 74 Challenger...can see so much better!!

Good idea on the setup comparison for adjusting them. Thanks for update
