Switch number questions

68 b body -
Light switch numbers are 2864134 36033 then 0 5 4 7 Is the 0 5 4 7 the date code? As in Feb 23/67?
Wiper switch numbers are 2864014 23199 2678 Is the 2678 the date code? That would be Sept 24/68. A little late for a 68 car.
