Seems as though my clutch engagement is a little low to the floor.
I have to fight to get it into gears.

I'm not 100% certain the clutch type.
But I'm not certain how to ID what it is.

This thing was pretty decent, got way better when I lubed the plates on the shifter.     But now.     Whoa..     Almost getting honked at when leaving a green light.     My fsm doesn't go into anything about it.

The search never seems to work on here..

I had a similar issue until I adjusted the rods. I had one upside down and also needed adjustments on the rods. Took me three times but once I got them dialed it shifts great.

syncro hubs may be worn badly & binding / twisting on the inner hub .

Its to the point I can only get it into gear with the engine off..

One thing I noticed was with the engine off, I put it into reverse, start it with my clutch pedal to the floor, its slightly moving.

It appears my clutch is engaging ever so slightly with my clutch pedal pushed as low to the floor as it goes.

The search on this site doesn't work very well, at least on mobile web it doesn't.
I'd think linkage adjustment and clutch adjustment would be a sticky somewhere.

My FSM doesn't show anything about the linkage adjustments.
It seems like you can't even do it in the car from what I could see.

I have Hooker pro comp headers and thats not helping me much under there.   🤣😅

@Cuda Cody
Have you ever considered splitting transmission stuff into its own child with sub children for auto and manual?

My clutch looks like this.   Spring is still under dash.

The adjustment is under the car....the threaded rod that goes from the 'Z' bar to the clutch fork. To deal with your clutch still engaged a bit with the pedal down.
You do need to make sure you are completely disengaging.

Adjustment is just turning the nut on the rod.

I dialed it down, looks like its disengaging a little further.

I'll find out this weekend.

I think one of the 3 fingers on the borg/beck has gone numb.
