Hi I have installed my newly rebuilt 496 hemi with dual 1406 Edelbrocks. The carbs does not have correct fuel fitting at the inlet. I see in photos that the rear carb got a 90 degree fitting to the fuel lines and the front is straight fitting. I have the correct fuel lines but not the fittings.

Can someone point me to the correct Edelbrock fuel fittings at the carbs?

Thanks

andben, I agree with CP, there are much better carb choices - but that's not what you asked.  Edelbrock says to use a "banjo" fitting on the rear carb.  Edelbrock makes #8089 with a 5/8-20 thread & 3/8 barb for $20 at Summit but the note says this is for their 'Thunder series' carbs - not sure it will fit your carb (You should call Edelbrock tech line).  Two other options are an AED #5427 or Holley #26-25 both with 9/16-24 thread & 5/16 barb.  The only difference I see is the AED parts are $25 & Holley costs $31.  Again, I suggest you call Edelbrock and speak to a tech rep.  When you find out which part you need, please come back and post your findings here so others with a similar question get a running start at an answer.  Good luck.
